More than 20 years of arboricultural experience, with a comprehensive background in technical arboriculture, assessment and management of trees across a wide range local government and individual clients.
Previous major engagements involving assessment and arboricultural management prescriptions include: Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, City of Hobart, Clarence City Council, Sorell Council and Kingborough Council street and park trees, Launceston City Council Parks, Darlington Historic Trees - Maria Island, Salmon Ponds and Redlands - Plenty, Brickendon and Woolmers Estate– Longford, Catholic Education Office – numerous school sites and many significant specimens throughout Tasmania.
Access to latest non-invasive electronic investigative equipment, like sonic tomography and TreeSensor logging accelerometers for investigation of root plate stability is complemented by contemporary quantitative tree risk assessment methods (QTRA) for objective evaluation of trees’ condition and associated risk. Highly informed evaluation data facilitates refined prognoses of the trees’ potential lifespan, performance and maintenance needs.
